Brown and colluvium soils derived from metamorphosed
granite (leptynites) with a varying amount of pebbles, from the Primary Era. Grapes harvested by hand at optimal maturity.
The wine is aged in oak barrels, which have already been used for several vintages.
Michel describes his wine to Yannick
On the nose, this deep ruby coloured Crozes-Hermitage reveals notes of black fruit, spices, pepper and fern. Fresh on entry with velvety tannins on the palate. Sour liquorice, black fruit and soot notes marry harmoniously together.
