The vines grow in soils from high terraces of glacial alluvial deposits and pebbles. Grapes harvested by hand at optimal maturity.
The wine is aged in vats for 12 to 15 months.

This Crozes-Hermitage displays a beautiful crimson hue. I can make out raspberries and blackcurrants on the nose. The wine is very fine on the palate and distinguished by a fruity, smooth character.
